Reflecting, Realigning, and Dreaming Big for 2025
As we say goodbye to another year and step into the fresh promise of a new one, it’s natural to pause and reflect. We think - wow that’s another year gone, in the blink of an eye! If you are lucky to get some time to yourself you may have had time to think about the goals you have achieved, the lessons you have learned, and what lies ahead. Lets face it, as busy parents over the festive period, we are counting down the days until they go back to school and get a bit of ‘me time’ back even if that means going back to work. As a Life Coach, I know how important reflection is and shouldn’t just be confined to December or January. As a mother of three, finding the time to do this can be extremely hard to find without interruptions. But taking the time each month to reflect and reassess can be transformative. It helps to ensure we are heading in the right direction—or allows us to pivot if our end goals or values have changed.
This past year has flown by for me. With a year into my business as a parental wellbeing coach, I’ve had the joy of experiencing the moments I’ve absolutely loved, as well as the moments that tested me. I’m still learning, growing, and enjoying the journey. From running parental wellbeing workshops and connecting with people one-to-one to spreading awareness of parental burnout, I’ve been grateful for every opportunity to make an impact.
A major turning point for me this year was reducing my job from four days to two. This shift allowed me to care for my parents during a time of need, but it also gave me the chance to recognize something profound: I value time more than money. The extra time I’ve had for myself and my kids has made me a happier mother. Of course, I’ve quickly filled that time with crafting with my kids, working on business and carving out time for myself.
As I revisit my core values and goals for 2025, I’ve decided to create a vision board workshop. Combining my love of crafting and coaching. My board sits in my bedroom, reminding me every day of what I’m working toward and helping me stay on track to achieve my dreams. And this has inspired me to invite YOU to create your own vision board, too!
As parents, it’s so easy to lose sight of your own dreams and values while caring for others. That’s why I’ve created this special workshop—a space just for YOU to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with what truly matters. This isn’t just another New Year’s resolution activity—it’s your chance to learn a powerful, lifelong tool for checking in with yourself, re-evaluating your values, and using them to achieve your goals.
